HOME INTERIOR - The home interior is a large part of the inspection. Areas of inspection are: walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, stairs and railings, fireplace, lights and electrical outlets.
HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEMS - Our home inspectors will run the heating and air conditioning systems, and inspect for age, condition and safety. The heat and air conditioning distribution system and controls are also included in the inspection.
PLUMBING SYSTEMS - Included in the inspection are the main valve, supply lines, fixtures, water heater, drainage, gas lines, sump pump, and laundry.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM - The electrical inspection includes the distribution wiring, taking the cover off the main panel and inspecting for panel condition, breaker and wire size, aluminum wire, amateur work and safety hazards.
GARAGE, DRIVEWAY AND WALKS - The garage whether it is attached or detached will be given a complete inspection the same as the house. The driveway and sidewalks are included in the home inspection.
