HOME INSPECTION FLOOR SLOPE PROBLEMS |

Floor Slope - This is a photo of a sloped floor
which is a sign of a structural problem. A close inspection of the
structural supports in the basement revealed that one of the sill plates
was completely destroyed by termites and was causing the structure to
slope on the right side of the house. Needless to say this was a very
expensive repair. It was so expensive that the buyer terminated the
purchase. |
