HOME INSPECTION HEATING PROBLEMS |

Heating System - This heating system had not
been serviced in a very long time. Notice the dirt and dust on the top of
the furnace and the in the burn chamber area. When tested, two burners
were non-functional, and the filter was completely blocked with dirt and
dust. These two conditions are considered real safety hazards and can
cause carbon monoxide leakage. |
