Carbon Monoxide is a very dangerous colorless, odorless, tasteless, non- irritating toxic gas. It is caused by incomplete combustion of carbon-based fuels such as oil, propane, natural gas and wood. To protect you and your family, Certified Plus Inc. will test furnace and hot water heater for carbon monoxide using a state-of-the-art Bacharach Analyzer. This test is not just a room test; this is test on the equipment itself. This test will be conducted with all inspections, no exceptions. 5. Appliance Testing?

Any appliance that the buyer may purchase from he seller will be tested "free of charge."
